The Future of Crypto with Xan Ditkoff and Bew
In the first GoodWill Yunting episode of 2023, we have on with us Xan, a friend and all-around crypto killer who has been involved in more projects than Vitalik himself. We start by discussing Xan’s extensive background and breadth of experience in the crypto space. We then dive into one of his favorite projects, Stacks, and what they are building on top of Bitcoin. Next, we discuss this bear market compared to previous ones, and how one can ‘make it’ in crypto—hint, the key is survival. We get into our reactions to the FTX hack and how we can move past it for the better. After talking about how crypto makes us feel like kids again, we bring up what projects and innovations excite us, including NFTs and the future of Web3 gaming. We then pivot to more philosophical questions of what is the true tie between crypto and Twitter and what would happen if we lost Twitter. What would crypto look like without CT? Finally, we do a speed round of questions that I’ve been pondering lately, all of which Xan gives excellent answers to. This episode is a fun, informative, and a great piece of hopium at a time when all seems lost, so tune in today! If you enjoyed the episode, please subscribe, rate, and share so we can continue to get amazing, alpha-dropping guests. We plan to release episodes bi-weekly, so don't sleep! Big thank you to Xan for taking the time out of his day to talk crypto with us. You can find them on Twitter @XanDitkoff. Feel free to tweet or message me @TheRogueItachi. FTX Fallout: Fraud, Trust, and Regulation
In this episode, I bring on four other Yunts to discuss what happened with FTX, what it means for our industry, and what the future of crypto looks like moving forward. We start by discussing what actually happened and some of the initial fallout we have seen. We then get into how this will affect user and normie trust going forward, and what this means for the future adoption of crypto. Next, we discuss the possible/plausible regulations that will come from this on both the traditional and DeFi side. We discuss what some of SBFs motives could have been, and how bad this collapse is compared to past crypto events. We end on a more positive note where we announce the release of our new full-stack education platform, called The Pond, a website that will be the go-to content hub for everyone from the noob to the most degen. Outsmarting Risk with Rysk
In this new GoodWill Yunting episode, we have the brilliant, options gurus Ugolino, Jib, and Degeneral of the incredible protocol that Yunt was an investor in, Rysk Finance. Rysk Finance is a complex new protocol that uses options strategies to create uncorrelated yield for users. Our friends from Rysk break down how this is possible, their big-brain DHV vault, in what ways yield searchers and degen traders can use Rysk, and much more. They help break down what options are, what beta is, and how they can be utilized to create uncorrelated yields in crypto. We also discuss on-chain options as they stand, how they could look in the future, what Rysk is looking to build out in the future, and the future of yield and options in DeFi. We then move onto their view of markets and how Rysk can give you returns regardless of which direction the market is going without holding heavy exposure. Of course, as the name suggests, no yield is without risk, so they discuss how Rysk approaches this for its users and the protocol itself. Don’t sleep on this episode that nearly made my brain explode with knowledge! If you enjoyed the episode, please subscribe, rate, and share so we can continue to get amazing, alpha dropping guests. The Value of Anonymity in a World Built Around Identity
The world has become obsessed with identity. We see and respond to each other based on each other’s labels: our job, what school we went to, our political party, our race, gender, age, social status, background, history, etc.

A Yunt Capital Outlook on DeFi
Despite the fact that real DeFi applications handled the crash gracefully and remained insulated from centralized lender contagion, naysayers will use this bear market as an opportunity to feed into negative sentiment, and even former believers may find themselves questioning whether or not DeFi assets will ever recover.

WTF Is...
WTF is… Silo Finance
The landscape of DeFi has been plagued by large-scale hacks aimed at some of the biggest projects over the last two years. Additionally, some of the most effective exploits stem from price oracle-related vulnerabilities in borrow/lending protocols.

WTF Is...
WTF is…Element Finance?
Pepe loves his fixed rate income! If you’ve ever been on the lookout for fixed income in crypto you may already know of Element Finance. The DeFi primitive, which launched their testnet in May and on the Ethereum mainnet in July, has become the leading fixed rate marketplace. While fixed rates might not seem as sexy as a 10x lever on some shitcoin they are sort of the oil in the engine for mature financial markets. In the normie world the interest rate swap market does trillions of dollars in volume annually as institutions look to lock in a fixed rates to hedge risk, or speculate on variable rates to turn a profit. IRL, this massive market transacts pretty much entirely via exclusionary Over The Counter (OTC) trading. Conversely, Element’s primitive introduces a trustless and permission-less marketplace for a number of assets. How does Element work and what is it bringing to the DeFi space? Down the rabbit hole we go, anon.

Harvesting Interest Rate Spreads
Is Aave really that much less risky than wstETH or rETH? Why accept the lower returns? Is this going to self-correct over time when staking withdrawals are here?
